Clearly he's god. He can make an area crime free by just thinking about.


Just like he can declassify a document simply by thinking about.

So why didn't he do that in his first term? I mean, just think about there being no crime and make it happen?

Of course, this also implies he could solve the border issues. Just mind control the immigrants into deciding not to come here.
