This is a prototypical Beria-style case that should be condemned by anyone interest in the fair application of justice.

I think you are smart enough to know that this case is not only completely baseless, but a transparent attempt to target a political enemy -- made explicitly transparent by the prosecutor in question promising to target Trump in her own campaign -- and has no business being tried in a legitimate court, so I don't need to comment further.
