I wasn't sure that things could get anymore banana republic-y with these communist shits, but they didn't let me down. I guess if you're a communist judge, and you're going to declare the defendant guilty before the trial even begins as this communist judge did, then it should be a no-brainer to ban him from speaking, as well.

As an aside, Engoron also refused to delay closing arguments for a few days due to the death of Trump's mother-in-law, but that's just because Engoron is a vindictive prick, not because he's a communist.
