like Bill Ackman or his wife or his kids, you better not miss your shot. BI could have easily gone a better route rather than a gotcha piece that they weren't able to defend giving the timing. BI didn't have a journalistic need to go after them the way they did, likely trigging a rather massive lawsuit.

I have no sympathy for them. Lets see how it plays out, you two apparently already know exactly what his wife did....let's wait to see how the lawsuit plays out. Time will tell.
