WASHINGTON, D.C. – H.R. 3599, the bipartisan Dignity Act, continues to gain major support in the House of Representatives. This historic bill is the only major bipartisan immigration reform bill currently in Congress that fully fixes our broken immigration system.
The Dignity Act, spearheaded by Representatives Salazar and Escobar, stops illegal immigration, provides a dignified solution for undocumented immigrants living in America, strengthens the American workforce, grows our economy, and ensures the United States remains prosperous and competitive for the future.
“The Dignity Act is the only bipartisan immigration solution in Congress and with record border crossings last month, both parties know we need to act now,” said Rep. Salazar. “Congress must fix our broken immigration system and the Dignity Act is THE solution to solve all of our immigration problems once and for all.”
