Yeah, it’s too bad the repub senate caucus isn’t joining with the dems


Calling for Menendez to step down. Which I agree should be universal.

It’s not about winning, as the dems would keep the seat via Murphy’s appointment. It probably is about the strong personal relationships Menendez has built across the spectrum from his decades in Congress. Santos had none of those to fall back on - he was a pariah from the day he took his oath.
