I believe the Alito Court will duck, dive, & evade casting any opinion; aiming to let the clock run out and the election to proceed.

They will be fine with Don pardoning himself (if he were to win) although I’d expect them to duck, dive & evade the issue for four years if necessary.

There is no integrity in Alito, Thomas or Gorsuch. They are political hacks, Hoo don’t care what the Constitution says. Barrett and Bbbbrrreeetttt are not much better.

We are in a very dark place for our SC. It will long be infamous.
