You have this strange obsession with attempts to mitigate the impact of
climate change. Not sure if it's because you don't believe it's happening, or you don't think there is a role for the government, or the press is trying to get you to do something you don't want to do, or if it is something else entirely. Maybe just about owning those hypocritical libtardz?
A bit of news. Nobody with a brain thinks climate change (or climate weirding or whatever we're calling it now) ain't happening. The private sector is building (pricing) it into plans, this is happening independent of anything the government may or may not do. We can debate about the extent to which governments should be engaged in sustainability efforts, managing greenhouse gas emissions, environmental protection. But let's not forget who established the EPA, and that the travesty of the commons is a pretty well-understood economic phenomenon.
Like everything else, decisions and policy should be attempts to incorporate various viewpoints and effectively trade-off near- and longer-term objectives. Those types of debates are constructive. What are you looking to have happen? It's hard to tell.
