she still lives in Rifle where Shooter's is (was?), we're talking about a move to the other side of the state. From the Western Slope to the Great Plains. Clearly people have gone from one to the other before (particularly following a re-districting), but this seems quite different. She must know she can't win her current district.

Clearly we've had carpetbaggers (Hillary) and other "strategic" settlement (Taylor-Green), but have we seen something like this before? I suppose once could say they are "neighboring" districts because they do touch in the South(east), but those 2 districts cover 70% of the state's land mass.
