I saw a political cartoon 20+ years ago about voting against incumbents.

It shows a little old lady going into the voting booth saying "vote 'em out. vote 'em all out!" and then the second side of the split panel just shows a thought bubble saying "Except mine".

So yeah, 6% of Americans approve of him, but over 50% of Kentuckians probably do.
