that will make it extremely difficult to pull off an electoral victory. It would be improbable. In my opinion the economy will be just fine and the electorate isn't going to be swayed a lot by a conflict in the Middle East where no US forces are involved. Biden has made it clear that he stands with Israel's right to defend itself and he still has been able to maintain NATO resolve in the face of Russian aggression. I do think that most people aren't going to want a convicted felon in office and that may well happen before the election.
