Of ‘83. According to this, he was back up to 50% approvals by late ‘83.

That trend hasn’t started for Biden, at least yet. I definitely think there’s a shot things can turn for him next year, but he’s got a significantly steeper and higher mountain to climb than Reagan had at the same point in his presidency.
