2 thoughts. #1 - seems like a security risk if that information makes it


to Russian agents, or any foreign agents for that matter.

But #2 - Are we supposed to believe that this binder was the ONLY copy of the information? Hardcopy and not saved as a PDF or similar somewhere in a secure server?
