...shown in the past that he obtains convictions unethically, which is why his cases get annihilated on appeal. He's doing the same with Trump.
As an aside, "Justice" is served when the defendant has a fair trial and every right accorded to him. Trump has every right to "delay", as you put it -- which really means exercising all of his rights of appeal -- and THAT is justice. He is under no obligation to speed up his own shown trial.
The only reason the prosecution, court and you want this case expedited is to interfere in the next election, but that is not what justice demands, and were Trump not the defendant, all of this "expediting" would be laughed out of court.
