As I understand it Trump has two arguments. That he is immune from

prosecution because he was performing his duties as president. I'm pretty sure fomenting an insurrection is not one of his presidential duties. The other is that since the Senate tried him further prosecution amounts to double jeopardy. That's laughable. Which do you predict SCOTUS will buy?
