I think the more obvious point is that the GOP should run Haley

I don't put much stock in polls this early, especially national ones. But when you look at what you just reported, what is your takeaway (if you take the numbers at face value)? Trump is not only a scourge on this country, but an albatross for the GOP.

I think there are a few people that have shown up on GOP debate states in recent weeks that would beat Sleepy Joe. The one I'd feel least confidence in is theDonald (and consider his position to do damage to the party down ballot as well). I hope Ronna and her people are helping with the criminal investigations behind the scenes - in all of their best interest to get that loser off the ballot (even if he does have a shot at winning). That said, he's just petty enough to find a way to fuck things over by running as an indy (or sabotaging another candidate), so maybe this is a hostage standoff the party (and the American people) just can't win. MAGA!
