An incubator of antisemitism, I’d certainly be interested in why that is. Again, as I posted below, I do not believe that a majority of Harvard students (or insert college here) are antisemitic. However, I do think that antisemitism is overrepresented on campuses relative to other educated people and environments.

Now if you ask my OPINION on why that is, I think it’s the social justice worldview run amok. Self proclaimed SJWs believe:
1) The world can be understood through the lens of oppressors and oppressed.
2) Success is primarily achieved through disparity in power.
3) Oppressors are evil and the oppressed are righteous.

And in their bubble, because Jews in the West are over-represented in terms of middle and upper class, high earning professions, etc. and Israel has been [somewhat uniquely] successful at building a first world economy in the Levant, that can only be due to the abuse of power - oppressing others - and puts Jews into the category of “oppressors” in the dichotomy of oppressors vs oppressed.

Ergo, the Palestinian cause is righteous, the Palestinians are righteous, Israel/the Jews are evil and deserve the “comeuppance” that is brought by the legitimate resistance of the Palestinians.
