And until Republicans even begin to discuss this, they shouldn't be taken

seriously when they rant and rave about illegal immigrants (well, they shouldn't be taken seriously *at all* these days, but you get it). I don't understand why their voters don't insist on them tackling the employment/visas issues, unless it's too complex for them to handle and can't be reduced to a crappy slogan. If they *really* wanted to put a dent on the flow of illegal immigrants, surely they'd be more proactive in cutting off their employment opportunities here, and start demanding political action from their elected bozos. Right? Why don't they address this?
