Of Jewish people by a student or employee would be against university policies. There is a freedom of speech aspect in certain context here. And there’s also what exactly is meant by calling for genocide. She answered it really badly. Really really badly but it wasn’t because she supports genocide of Jews. It’s because there is a fine line between constitutionally protected, free speech, and speech that harasses threatens or intimidates a targeted group of people.
