Reading this. I don’t know that it means it was widely known in financial circles. The last line of the article indicates that as a major reason to get to the bottom of it, although elsewhere, the article says we can’t conclude it was the terrorists themselves (or those working with them), imo because that’s the most logical explanation.

I think the Netanyahu govt’s intel failures are already obvious.
