Question: Should you have to be convicted of a crime before you're fired


from a job? Because that's what you appear to be advocating.

The Constitution is clear. The House and Senate may make their own rules and members who egregiously violated those rules may be removed. It has only happened a very few times in our history. The 2/3 bar makes it very difficult to do.
