Well, if you read the article, it’s actually the FTC that is investigating

a proposed large consolidation in an industry that could have anti trust implications. It’s one of the things the FTC does, regardless of the industry.
Does it sound like a huge national priority, no, but this is also not the first time Elizabeth Warren has spoken out about similar types of merger activities.
