I think he’s referring to something called “Commonwealth Clash” that

includes any sports where we play head to head. They usually beat us in a few non-revenues like women’s softball and volleyball that we haven’t invested in, but don’t even field teams in sports like LAX that we dominate.

Also, I think it’s just a point per game count….they beat us here and there in sports like men’s bball and baseball, even though we have national championship caliber programs and they are nowhere close, by virtue of those sports playing multiple, close to meaningless games a year. Baseball especially since it comes down to who is pitching.

We dominate them in every non-football sport that people watch though.
