Yes, this isn't the biggest deal in the world but its unnecessary overreach


and like so much unnecessary overreach, it's a law that will be on the books 50 years from now and no one will have any idea why cars still have "radios" that no one uses for anything - but makes every car cost incrementally more.

It would be like requiring every home to have an antenna connected to a TV.
