Same goes for the carjacking rings. I’d also note that that particular neighborhood was straight up ghetto 20 years ago and now is lined with hipster joints and a Whole Foods. For those who really think crime is at some kind of historic levels, just look at violent crime in DC in the 80’s/90’s and compare it to today.
