Let’s leave the minute by minute attacks on the integrity of any court which might not rule this or that way to Trump and his subjects. That in a nutshell is the core of their attack on the constitution. Sure, the constitution delegates responsibility for arbitrating disagreements to the courts, but if “we” determine that those courts are too biased for “our” tastes, we can disavow their rulings and do everything possible, legal or otherwise, to circumvent them.

Those of us looking to continue the great experiment should stay as far as possible from emulating that bullshit.
