What's this?

There can be onlyone of two logical explanations:


1.) This is the most brilliant idea in the history of education, an clear-eyed investment to be paid with Mexican pesos that will position America for education dominance for foreseeable decades or

2.) The Democrats have forced him into this.


Although to be sure, it would take him about 4 pages to say it, and he's babble about communists and rigged and law fare and the CoOl word of the day from the children at Zero Hedge.
