I'd be happy to agree that cars are dangerous as are guns, and we should apply the similar standards to both. Training, waiting periods, tests, medical history, etc. All part of becoming a licensed driver and getting a car. We also take people's drivers licenses away from time to time. Hell, we make people bring their cars in for an inspection every year.

So yes, both can be dangerous, both are useful in the hands of responsible people. Let's carry the parallels forward shall we Dinesh? It sounds like you're advocating for similar state oversight.
