The NC GOP has chosen a new map

That slices Guilford county and Greensboro 3 ways for US House of Representative voting. It also splits the large African American community in east GSO into two districts. From the eastern part of the district to the western part will be a drive of over 3 hours. So much for compactness.

Winston Salem, to the west of Greensboro, will be spit into 2 districts.
