The dispute between Palestinians and the state of Israel is deep and bitter, and there are no heroes, no pure good guys. The rich powers of the world created a new country on the land where Palestinian's were living, causing them to be either displaced or packed like sardines into small pieces of land, where they live lives far different than the lives, led by Israelis right across the borders. unfortunately, after 75 years of oppression to many of them, and their supporters see violence, as the only way of securing their true freedom. But the Palestinian dispute is with Israel, not Jewish people everywhere.
I do not understand any support for the atrocities Hamas committed. I do understand support for the Palestinian people. The former may or may not be antisemitic, depending on what’s in the persons heart. The latter doesn’t have to be and usually is not. Criticisms of decisions and actions by the Israeli government is not by itself antisemitism.
