Also, how would anyone on this board feel being arrested again after spending 16 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit?

The police need to learn to deescalate. They knew where to find this many to follow up on the traffic violation. And even if shooting was justified (a high bar), was there a need to shoot to kill?
