budget. A lot of Republicans are aiming for this specifically. I think they would be happy to cause the recession that got an R president elected.
The other issue is the effect of Middle East actions on oil prices and the broader economy. What happens if Hamas, Hezbollah, or Iran managers to sink a ship in the Suez Canal? Or inflict significant damage to a major oil terminal?
