CASE BROUGHT TO LATE- Our client is guilty but should have been prosecuted several years ago (when Barr said he could not be prosecuted as a sitting Prez).

LEGALLY DEFECTIVE CHARGES- The case involves paying Don’s lawyer and therefore the Trump Organization (their words) did not pay the porn star.

PRE-INDICTMENT LEAKS- Our client is guilty but the prosecutors said he was guilty before the trial started.

MOVE TO A FEDERAL CASE- Our client is guilty but wants to move to a Federal Court where he can pardon himself if he wins the election.
