That’s it. I think you also indicated that, via female friends, you had

been made aware that sex assault, usually under the rubric of “date rape” or “acquaintance rape” or similar, was and had been a problem historically on Grounds. But I don’t think there’s any argument that THAT isn’t true.

Did you persist in “Wait until the investigation plays out” longer than most? Perhaps. Was that unreasonable? I don’t think so.

You have nothing to be embarrassed about in this saga, which of course you already know, and you have taken the lies of your opponents and the (often) erroneously-premised sympathies of your political allies on this board far better than I could’ve, and for that I salute you.
