only reason someone doesn't agree with my opinion is because they're dumber than me (which conveniently helps if you have some sad need to feel superior to others). They just have decided that it's fundamentally unfair treatment of similar situations (and that's a valid opinion) and not important enough to them to merit spending a ton of their time on the issue. There are plenty of "rocket surgeons" that don't know, understand or care about the implications of NIL, no sit transfers and conference realignment on CFB, but it's certainly not because they're "too dumb".

Secondly, if you're trying to go full Blah to try and dub me some Joe Rogan "supporter", you can save your breath. Don't think I've ever listened to a single podcast, and only heard him when I've seen clips here and elsewhere. But no matter what you think about him, or what you think his motives are, millions of people listen to him, like him because they don't think he's just spinning or pushing BS for political gain, and think he makes perfect sense, even if he's staying surface level on this topic. They see him as and "Average Joe" that shoots straight with them.

That's kind of my point, there are many many more voters that are fine with that surface level conclusion of it being fundamentally unfair, so you can spend your efforts trying to get folks to dig further into the weeds, but in all likelihood, the ones that will listen and/or do so, will likely break the way you want them to anyway (and others will dig deeper and still conclude it's fundamentally unfair).
