He’s entitled to his well informed opinion.


He apparently thinks the “Trump really believed he won” defense will work. Turley on the other hand is falsely claiming criminal conspiracy is protected speech, which is absurd.

Even if Trump is acquitted or gets a hung jury he deserves to have to go through a trial for the things he did and the harm he has caused this country. He is in no way an innocent victim in this matter.
