The GOP went down the rabbit hole to become the QOP fairly easily

and quickly. Trump has been the catalyst and the focus of it. What becomes of the remaining cultists when the cult leader is gone? He will be gone one way or the other in the coming years.
The T Party element, gun extremists, anti-government types, and theocrats will remain. Not sure I see much of a change in the fundamentals, just a change in tone.
