Mrs. T is in Commercial RE which will sometimes behave a little

differently than Residential...but softness or strength in one usually portends the same in the other soon enough. Single family homes, suburban office space, and in some areas even retail space is in short supply since developers are struggling with these interest rates...thus they are not developing new projects. The exception being the rental Apartment market...very hot.
