This is my impression. Basically a guy with no feet bones. Tradition says

Peter was crucified upside down so he may have been hacked off the cross leaving his feet behind, therefore it must have been Peter. Even if it is from the right era why Peter, and not some other crucified early Christian? That's not a discussion about religion, that's a discussion about archeology. "Definitively IDd" means dna or some similarly reliable methodology or other relics in the tomb that connect only to Peter.
