1. There is zero evidence Trump declassified the docs and his lawyers

refused to assert in court that he did. (Lying could get them in trouble with the court.)

2. Trump lied about illegally having the docs (after all, his lips were moving) and defied a subpoena to produce them. Biden’s people self reported and voluntarily returned them.
