There are thousands of volunteers from countries that Vlad. Putrid

has waged war on. The NY Times had a good article a few days ago about these volunteers who are out for revenge. A lot of them were already in Ukraine before the war started, and others have come since then. There are even a good number of Russians. There is a fair amount of suspicion in Ukraine about some of these people, but some are integrated into small units that cross into Russian held territory for various missions. I would guess some of them are responsible for the explosions and fires that keep happening in Russia.
