Will you care if it turns out claims he wasn't audited turn out to be a lie


I was of the understanding all POTUS' and VEEP (and possibly other similar positions) returns are audited as a course of business. So it's certainly possible that claim is indeed in need of later "correction".

BTW during the primaries, I said at the time I thought that claim was BS. At least in large part. That there was no way so many years would remain under audit in perpetuity. And that he had no excuse not to release those from years where audits were already completed. And certainly not those from years beyond the 7 yr audit window.

So to answer your question, no. Because I assumed it was mostly BS at the time.
