Is the District of Columbia responsible for migrants into TX?
DC has a population of 690,000, with members of congress -- those making policy decisions -- representing less than 0.1% of the total. Not very bright, HooDoofus.
Furthermore, DC is 0.03% the land mass of TX, so it makes zero sense to penalize the population of DC by trying to cram migrants into a small area where real estate is at a premium.
