Why does Sinema (or anyone for that matter) oppose ending the Carried

Interest loophole? (I'm asking because I don't care enough to google) I hadn't heard her say that, let alone why, and don't want to just assume the nefarious reasons. Plenty of valid reasons to oppose this bill, but if anything, ending that loophole seems like the best and easiest part to get agreement on.
