the Military Veterans Certification Pathway, which didn't specify a bachelor's degree, rather just 60 hours with a 2.5 GPA, however, also passing pass a subject area examination at the bachelor's level. Someone who could do that should also be familiar with at least the concept of phonetic spelling, but there's a lot more to teaching than just being familiar with that and the other things that were listed. I should hope that these teacher certifications are provisional with a requirement that you complete your bachelor's degree withing X years and that it be completed with a concentration in education, and that until then, you opportunities are limited, perhaps to teaching assistant jobs.
