Wisconsin
2018 Elections: 150,000 votes by mail, 2,500 rejected, 1.7% rejection rate
2020 Elections: 1.3M votes by mail, 3,000 rejected, 0.2% rejection rate

Georgia
2018 Elections: 243,000 votes by mail, 7,500 rejected, 3.1% rejection rate
2020 Elections: 1.3M votes by mail, 4,800 rejected, 0.4% rejection rate

Arizona
2018 Elections: 1.9M votes by mail, 8,600 rejected, 0.5% rejection rate
2020 Elections: 2.9M votes by mail, 7,700 rejected, 0.3% rejection rate

New Hampshire
2018 Elections: 45,000 votes by mail, 1,200 rejected, 2.7% rejection rate

So, we are to believe that in a year with exponential increases in vote-by-mail -- many by first-time, inexperienced mail-in voters -- that rejection rates plummeted from the previous election when the logical prediction would have been that rejection rates should have increased.
