Graham is as big a scumbag as there is in the senate.

I watched him give his word, in no uncertain terms, sometime in ‘18 or ‘19 on an afternoon talk show, that there was no way the repubs would confirm a USSC nominee in the last year of Trump’s term, to be consistent with the (mis)treatment of Obama’s 2016 nominee.

And then he of course led the charge to confirm Trump’s nominee within weeks of the end of his term - closer to a pres election than anytime in our history.

I do blame both parties for the devolution of the senate confirmation process to the joke it is today, but no individual is more responsible than Graham.
