will tell you attorney-client privilege is not guaranteed and protection of communications relies in part on adopting practices that make the privilege more likely to hold up in court. Probably Eastman wasn't careful enough or the client relationship wasn't convincingly established.

But of course you want to spin everything as "dems bad, cons good". It's rather pathetic, actually.
