A rare point of agreement. For three summers while I was at UVa I worked in

a unionized factory. The money was good. The union members were spiteful and hateful. The first summer they went on strike it ended while I still worked there. When they returned to work many of them never spoke to me again for crossing the picket lines even though honoring the strike would have essentially eliminated my summer income. Money I needed for college. Fuck the corporations and the unions.
