rolling lock down as I described below started about a month ago when there were few hundred cases. I think now they are shutting down the city at about 3000 cases/day. How long can they stick with the zero covid policy, given that Covid is not getting eliminated unlike Avian Flu and others prior. A while ago, I read that they have some bench mark on fatality rate and vaccine rate to be reached for them to open up the country. Not sure whether that's still the plan.
